[Introduction]:NE2-T1M is a serial to Ethernet module (also known as "super network port") that realizes serial data ⇌ Ethernet data transmission. The serial to Ethernet module comes with an RJ45 interface and a full network port package. It can meet the networking functions of various TTL level serial devices and MCUs.
| No. | Pin | Description |
RXD0 | NC, burning interface, no need to be suspended
TXD0 | NC, burning interface, no need to be suspended
BOOT | NC, burning interface, external pull-up is recommended
RST | Connected to chip reset pin, pull down for more than 100uS to take effect, external pull-up is recommended
EN | Enable control pin, pull high for full-duplex mode, pull low for half-duplex mode;
| For users with external RS485 interface, external 485 chip enable pin can be connected after external pull-down. After the module detects a low level after power-on, it outputs a 485 enable control signal to the outside. For users using TTL interface, this pin is recommended to be pulled up | ||
RELOAD | Restore factory settings, pull low for 5~10S to take effect
STATE0 | 10M indicator pin, pull high by default, pull low after PHY negotiation is completed, level jumps when there is data
RXD | User serial port, 3.3V TTL level
TXD | User serial port, 3.3V TTL level
GND | Power supply + signal ground
VCC | Positive power supply, recommended power supply capacity 400mA@3.3V or above
STATE1 | 100M indicator pin, pull high by default, PHY Pull down after negotiation is completed, the level jumps when there is data
LED0- | LED0 indicator negative pole, can be connected to pin 7 to indicate STATE0 signal
LED0+ | LED0 indicator positive pole, connected to 3.3 power +
LED1+ | LED1 indicator positive pole, can be connected to pin 12 to indicate STATE1 signal
LED1- | LED1 indicator negative pole, connected to GND
