[Introduction]:E62-433T20S is a full-duplex wireless data transmission module with "point-to-point" transmission and UART interface. It has transparent transmission mode, operates in the 425~450.5MHz frequency band (default 433 MHz), has a transmission power of 100mW, full-duplex, TTL level output, is compatible with 3.3V and 5V IO port voltages, uses a serial port for data transmission and reception, and lowers the threshold for wireless applications. The module has a frequency hopping spread spectrum function (FHSS). During the data transmission process, the module will automatically synchronize the frequency hopping algorithm in up to 52 frequency points (users can customize the frequency modulation number and sequence), which greatly improves the module's anti-interference ability. The 433M frequency hopping technology is in a leading position in the industry.
Pin number | Pin name | Pin direction | Pin usage |
| RESET | enter | Module reset pin, 3.3V. |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
| NC | - | Empty feet (not open for use, users do not need to care) |

| NC | - | Empty feet (not open for use, users do not need to care) |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
| ON | output | Antenna interface (high frequency signal output, 50 ohm characteristic impedance) |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
| M0 | Input (very weak pull-up) | Cooperate with M1 to determine the two working modes of the module (cannot be left floating, can be grounded if not used) |
| Lock | output | Module synchronization indication. A high level indicates that the two parties are synchronized and data transmission is possible; a low level indicates that the two parties are not synchronized. Transmitting data at this time will result in data loss. |

| TXD | output | TTL serial port output, connected to the external RXD output pin; |
| TO | output | Used to indicate the working status of the module; the user wakes up the external MCU and outputs low level during power-on self-test initialization; (can be left floating) |
| VCC | - | Module power supply positive reference, voltage range: 2.3~5.5V DC |
| GND | - | Module ground wire |
